To maintain our distinct ambience and ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following House Rules:

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: 1:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
    (Overlapping times can be challenging to manage effectively. Thank you for your cooperation!)

  • Identification: Proper ID is mandatory for all guests during check-in.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms.

  • Violation will incur a fine of Rs. 5000.

  • Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Kitchen Access

  • Guests are not permitted in the kitchens.

  • Kindly hand over any food products to our staff during check-in.

Guest Information

  • Please inform us in advance about the exact number of guests in your party to help with room and extra bed arrangements.

Eco-Friendly Commitment

  • Hoongla Inn operates as an eco-friendly property.

  • We encourage responsible usage of linens, waste management, and electricity.

Dining Information

  • Meals included in your package will be served in the Dining Area or other designated spaces.

  • Meal Timings:

    • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

    • Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

    • Dinner: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Evening High Tea: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM at a specified location.

Children Policy

  • Children below 8 years:

    • Stay complimentary in the same room.

    • Extra bed available at Rs. 2500 + taxes per night if needed.

    • Complimentary meals included.

  • Children between 8–12 years:

    • Up to two children can stay in the same suite (except Palace Room).

    • Extra bed at Rs. 2500 + taxes per night (if required).

    • Meal supplement of Rs. 2000 + taxes per night, per child.

  • Guests above 12 years:

    • Extra charge of Rs. 4000 + taxes per night (including meals).

    • Extra bed provided at no additional cost.

(Please inform us of any dietary requirements for children in advance.)

Parking

  • Parking is reserved for self-drive cars only.

  • Please hand over your car keys to Security.

  • No accommodations available for drivers.

Night Service

  • No services available between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

  • Our courteous staff, hailing from the local community, are always happy to help.

  • For any assistance, please approach the Manager directly.

Important Note

  • Hoongla Inn is a private residence.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or shorten your stay if House Rules are not followed.
